Onsite Computer Repair - $100hr 

       With this service, we will dispatch a technician to YOUR
      location, to troubleshoot and repair one personal computer.

* We will test all of the software on your computer system, hardware installed in your computer, and the "health" of your Operating System.

* We will provide you with a diagnosis of your computer problem and we will repair the computer during that visit. If we are unable to repair your system within an hour, or if a part is needed to complete the repair; we will request to take the computer back to our repair shop.

* If we need to repair the computer problem at our shop, you will ONLY  be charged a low, flat fee of $80.00 - $100.00 for labor and  *travel  (depending on the type of repair needed).   This allows you to know how much you are being billed upfront, regardless of the amount of hours spent repairing your computer!

* We will provide a 30 day guarantee on all of our repairs, and we provide unlimited FREE email support to our customers with computer problems !

* The trip fee applies to residents further than 10 miles from our main address; please call or email us for more information.

A minimum billing of 1 hour applies to all service calls, labor rates are then billed in 30 minutes increments after the first hour.

First time customers who have joined our email list, receive a 10% discount,  off of the first hour of service; and 10% off for each hour thereafter.  First time customers only, no discounts will be given on subsequent visits following the initial visit. Sign up needed for discount.
