Our HTPC systems are tested for quality control, prior to being shipped to the owner. The testing process includes: ensuring full function of the hardware and software. Then the systems are “burned in” for a minimum of 24 hours, in which special software is used to rigorously “stress” the HTPC’s hardware components. The systems are then personalized to each individual’s preference, including pre-loading any purchased software and optimizing the BIOS settings AND Windows Media Center settings. Our systems all include a 1 year TekTime® *warranty, with 90 day FREE tech support included. Extended 2 year warranties are available for extra cost.
For So. California residents, any purchase of an HTPC includes FREE setup and installation!
