When you visit our website", we collect only standard "web log" information, such as your browser type and the pages you accessed on our website. If you become a customer or client of TekTime, we collect your contact information.

The contact information collected includes:  your name, address, phone, email, computer information and other "identifying" information.  Finally, we may collect additional information from or about you in other ways not specifically described here. For example, we may collect information related to your contact with our customer support team or store results when you respond to a survey.

We also have a strict spam policy that prohibits the email addresses of our customers and clients, being used in an email copied to multiple parties; that would otherwise allow a client or customer's email address, to be visible by third parties.

*Any communication sent by an employee of TekTime, will be delivered in confidentiality, and will only include a third party as needed for completion of a specific transaction or service, or to aid in technical support; in the event that our inter-company options are exhausted. In the event of said occurrence, the client/customer will be notified prior to such an email being sent to any individual(s) or company(s).
