"My stupid laptop brought me here.
Four hundred dollars to remove a virus and replace my cd
drive seemed expensive. I called around and then
contacted this company for a second opinion after
seeing their ad on the internet. Long story short
they convinced me that they would kill the virus and fix
my drive while keeping an eye on my computer for
problems at all times. I agreed to pay for a year of the
platinum plan and I couldn't be the slightest bit
happier. I wish it costed a little less though.

"What a great program! I saw
a flyer posted for this service near Best
Buy as I was leaving
Geeksquad. I was so upset because
I paid $249 for a virus to remove and the nightmare
began after that. They wiped my hard drive
totally clean and I lost all of my pictures and days
worth of music.....they told me that it's my fault
because I told them to wipe my drive...which I did
not. My husband and I were devastated...we vowed
never to trust our computer with another store
again..... we decided to call tektime since
we had nothing to lose after that and ask about the free
trial.....I must say we were delighted......we have
the "new computer" feel now and our computer has no
problems since we started last Christmas...I wish we
would have done this sooner before losing our family
stuff.....anyways, way to go guys!"

just like my lawyer and accountants. The good thing is,

" ..received help on a tech support
forum from Jarvis so I visited this
website. I decided to have the remote
service done once things were popping up
when on the internet and my computer kept
restarting. I was asked to try the standard plan
for 30 days free and I went with it. Good.
instead of spending 150.00 every few months to
remove viruses, I pay 20.00 a month and they told
me I can cancel if needed but I dont need to. I need all
the help I can get because I am retired and computers
are not my cup of tea."
